Receptionist/Intake Clerk 

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering multiple line telephone system, screening and addressing questions and giving information to the callers or visitors, forwarding calls or taking messages for the appropriate personnel, greeting visitors as they come into the building and directing them to the appropriate office, and provide administrative support to the Housing Officer. Responsible for all work performed under NAHASDA, HUD regulations and Housing Authority policies and directives.

Maintenance Mechanic B

Incumbent will perform a variety of maintenance and repair functions at the level of an ordinary skilled mechanic in or more of the crafts or trades.  Incumbent is capable of performing duties in his craft or trade without supervision and has sufficient working knowledge of all maintenance crafts and trades to perform these duties with minimal supervision.  Applicant wil be subject to a background and drug screen.

Account Tech II

The Accounts Tech II reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for providing financial administrative and clerical duties.  This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures and preparing and monitoring the payroll system.  This includes working with vendors and service providers to reconcile purchase orders and paying invoices by writing checks or using electronic payment methods.  All transactions must be approved by the Finance Manager and Executive Director.

Development Clerk

   Responsibilities include but are not limited to establishing and maintaining all files relating to program. Assists in preparation of bidders packets, deals effectively with contractors, assist in scheduling of inspection of work in progress.  Assist in preparation of mandatory HUD reports. Provides administrative support to the Development Director.  Responsible for all work performed under NAHASDA, HUD regulations and Housing Authority policies and directives.
