PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

 

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for overseeing all of the HASNOK’S procurement activities. This includes all supplies, materials, equipment and contracted services.  The Procurement Specialist will promote competition in contracting and assure that purchasing actions are in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations.  

A minimum of two (2) years working experience in a purchasing, accounting, finance or a closely related field is required.

Maintenance Mechanic B

Incumbent will perform a variety of maintenance and repair functions at the level of an ordinary skilled mechanic in or more of the crafts or trades.  Incumbent is capable of performing duties in his craft or trade without supervision and has sufficient working knowledge of all maintenance crafts and trades to perform these duties with minimal supervision.  Applicant wil be subject to a background and drug screen.

Account Tech I

The Accounts Tech I reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for providing financial administrative and clerical duties.  This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures and preparing and monitoring the payroll system.  This includes working with vendors and service providers to reconcile purchase orders and paying invoices by writing checks or using electronic payment methods.  All transactions must be approved by the Finance Manager and Executive Director.

Finance Officer

 

The Finance Officer is responsible for the administration and oversight of all financial transactions, records, accounting and preparation of financial reports, cost analysis and financial projections and budgeting. Knowledge of NAHASDA and HUD Guidelines preferred.

Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree or have a minimum of five years professional accounting experience. Knowledge of GAAP accounting practices and Office Management experience.
