Build Homes. Strengthen Families. Investing In The Future.

The Housing Authority of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma (HASNOK) exists to do one thing exceptionally well: create safe, affordable, and culturally grounded housing opportunities for enrolled members of the Seminole Nation—today and for generations to come.

Every dollar you give directly supports housing stability, community development, and dignity for Seminole families. Your generosity helps turn funding gaps into finished homes, and plans into places where families can thrive.

DONATE NOW

Why Your Support Matters

HASNOK is a Tribally Designated Housing Entity (TDHE) that administers federal, tribal, and leveraged resources to meet urgent housing needs across Seminole Nation lands and surrounding communities. While federal programs like the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) are essential, they do not cover the full cost of building and sustaining housing in today’s construction and regulatory environment.

That’s where donors come in.

Your contribution helps us:

  • Offset rising construction and material costs
  • Advance shovel-ready housing projects more quickly
  • Leverage federal and philanthropic funds for greater impact
  • Expand housing options for elders, families, veterans, and youth
  • Maintain long-term housing quality and sustainability

What Your Donation Supports

Affordable Housing Development

From single-family homes to innovative multi-unit designs, HASNOK builds and rehabilitates housing that is safe, durable, and compliant with federal standards—while remaining rooted in Seminole values and community needs.

Sustainable & Forward-Looking Communities

HASNOK is actively pursuing energy-efficient construction, infrastructure improvements, and long-term planning that reduce operating costs and strengthen community resilience.

Housing Stability & Prevention

Stable housing is foundational. Your support helps prevent overcrowding, reduce housing insecurity, and keep families safely housed during periods of transition or hardship.

A Trusted Steward of Your Gift

HASNOK manages millions of dollars in housing construction and rehabilitation each year and operates under strict accountability requirements, including:

  • NAHASDA and HUD regulations
  • 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance)
  • Tribal oversight and governance
  • Independent audits and procurement controls

Our work is governed by a Board of Commissioners appointed by the Seminole Nation’s Executive Office and confirmed by the General Council—ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with tribal priorities.

When you give to HASNOK, you can be confident your investment is managed responsibly and used for measurable, community-driven outcomes.

Join Us In Building More Than Housing

Housing is more than a structure—it is security, opportunity, and a foundation for health, education, and economic mobility. By donating to HASNOK, you are investing in families, honoring tribal self-determination, and helping build strong Seminole communities.

Together, we can create homes that last—and futures that flourish.

Thank you for standing with the Seminole Nation and supporting safe, affordable housing.
