The Housing Authority of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma (HASNOK) is dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing and essential services that strengthen families and communities. Our wide range of programs ensure support for elders, veterans, families, and those facing housing challenges.

HASNOK Housing & Community Programs

Major Rehabilitation

Provides up to $25,.000 in forgivable grants for substantial repairs to restore substandard homes.

Minor Repair

Offers up to $5,000 for essential safety and habitability repairs.

Rental Assistance

Monthly rent subsidies ($220 standard / $350 Tiny Homes) to help families maintain stable housing.

Emergency Housing Assistance

Short-term housing (up to 90 days) for families in crisis due to fire, flood, or other emergencies.

Tiny Home Program

Affordable, supportive housing for near-elderly (55+) and elderly (62+) residents.

Veterans Housing

Income-based housing for Native American veterans and their families.

Low Rent

Provides safe, affordable rental homes based on household income, with priority for elders, veterans, and Seminole members.

Lease Purchase

Allows families to lease at income-based rents while working toward eventual ownership.

Downpayment

Helps first-time buyers with up to $15,000 toward upfront purchase costs.

Homeowners Assistance

Provides up to $15,000 per household to prevent foreclosure, cover utilities, and support housing stability.

Home Internet

Locally managed broadband service offering reliable, affordable internet to households and businesses across the Nation.

Community Facility Use

Ensures that community pavilions and designated spaces are accessible for housing participants and tribal-related organizations.
