HASNOK Open Positions
The Housing Authority of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to support the administration of our rental and lowrent housing programs. This position serves as a primary point of contact for tenants and applicants while coordinating program activities such as move-ins and move-outs, inspections, tenant communication, and rental assistance processing. The Rental Coordinator also helps ensure that housing programs are administered in compliance with federal housing regulations, including NAHASDA and HUD program requirements, as well as HASNOK policies and procedures. Ideal candidates will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Property management, housing program administration, or accounting experience preferred
- Ability to understand and follow federal program compliance requirements related to housing assistance
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Ability to maintain confidential tenant and applicant information
- A valid Oklahoma driver’s license

The Overnight Residential Support Specialist ensures the safety, supervision, and well-being of residents during nighttime hours. This position provides trauma-informed, culturally competent care in alignment with MVCT’s mission and maintains compliance with tribal, state, and federal guidelines. The role requires awake, alert supervision throughout the night shift, regular room checks, and documentation of resident activity and facility conditions.

The Housing Authority of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma (HASNOK) is seeking a motivated and dependable full-time IT Technician to support the organization’s technology infrastructure and daily IT operations. This position is responsible for providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and assisting with cybersecurity and system maintenance.
The IT Technician will work closely with all departments to ensure reliable technology services, assist with equipment setup and maintenance, support software updates and backups, and help implement IT projects and security measures. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with computer systems, networks, and technical support services.
Preferred qualifications include experience in IT support, knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, Microsoft Office, and remote support tools. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are preferred.

Boys and Girls Club Open Positions
The Youth Development Intern assists with daily youth programming and activities at the Boys & Girls Club of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma. This entry-level internship provides hands-on experience working with youth in a supportive, community-based environment. The intern will assist staff with educational, recreational, cultural, and wellness activities while learning about youth development, leadership, and community engagement.
The Youth Development Intern supports the Club’s mission by encouraging positive relationships, healthy lifestyles, academic success, cultural awareness, and personal growth among Club members.
