Use this form to securely authorize the Housing Authority of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma (HASNOK) to automatically withdraw approved payments from your bank account. Automatic withdrawals may be used for rental payments, tenant charge payments, and HCISP internet payments, helping ensure timely and convenient processing each month. Participants may modify or cancel authorization at any time with proper notice.
