HASNOK Staff

Provides executive leadership, implements Board policies, oversees housing programs, budgets, compliance, and staff, and advances strategic housing development for the Seminole Nation.

Oversees administrative operations, human resources, board coordination, policies, reporting, and systems to ensure compliance, efficiency, confidentiality, and organizational support functions.

Oversees IT operations, systems security, networks, and technology strategy, ensuring reliable infrastructure, compliance, data protection, and responsive support across the organization.

Micah oversees housing development and maintenance, manages construction and rehabilitation projects, supervises staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers projects on time and budget.

Ricky conducts environmental reviews, prepares compliance documentation, coordinates agencies, supports development and maintenance activities, and ensures housing projects meet environmental and HUD requirements.

Deborah oversees financial operations, budgeting, accounting, payroll, audits, and reporting to ensure compliance, accuracy, fiscal integrity, and management of housing programs.

Sonya processes accounts payable and payroll, manages invoices and deposits, maintains financial records, supports audits, and ensures accurate, compliant financial transactions.

Kimberly supports financial operations, payroll, reconciliations, audits, and reporting; prepares statements, manages travel and payables, and ensures accurate, compliant accounting practices.

CJ oversees purchasing and property inventory, processes purchase orders and invoices, ensures procurement compliance, maintains asset records, and supports departments efficiently.

Mariam will oversee all staff of the housing management department to ensure compliance with NAHASDA and HUD requirements and regulations. She will manage the Tax Credit housing operations, Down Payment and Closing, and conveyance processes.

Amber coordinates rental and low-rent programs, assists applicants and tenants in processing applications, manages records, and ensures compliance with NAHASDA and HUD requirements and
regulations.

Melissa coordinates homeownership programs, assists applicants and tenants in processing applications, manages records, and ensures compliance with NAHASDA and HUD requirements and
regulations.

Chris will serve as the primary point of contact between residents and housing management for addressing resident concerns, conflicts and ensuring a positive living environment for HASNOK residents. This position will oversee safety standards, criminal activity issues, ensure completion of repairs for work orders. Build and promote good resident relationships and work closely with the Housing Inspector and maintenance department.

As housing services specialist Esther will provide front-line housing support, intake for new applications, processes payments, supports housing programs and assist to ensure compliance with NAHASDA and HUD requirements.

Bryan supervises maintenance staff, coordinates repairs and inspections, enforces safety standards, manages inventories and budgets, and ensures housing properties remain safe and functional.

Jeremy performs HVAC maintenance and repairs, responds to service calls, completes work orders, maintains equipment, and supports general building and grounds maintenance.

John performs skilled maintenance and repairs, completes work orders, services equipment, maintains facilities and grounds, and supports safe, functional housing operations.
