Shelby Williams

Procurement Specialist I – Contracts

Shelby manages procurement and contracting processes, conducts competitive bidding, maintains compliance, prepares contracts, tracks assets, and supports departments under federal and tribal regulations.

Concetta "CJ" Stone-Moore

Procurement Specialist II – Property/Purchasing

CJ oversees purchasing and property inventory, processes purchase orders and invoices, ensures procurement compliance, maintains asset records, and supports departments efficiently.

Charles “Chuck” Johnson

HAF Rehabilitation Coordinator

Chuck coordinates HAF-funded home rehabilitation projects, tracks timelines and budgets, liaises with homeowners and contractors, ensures inspections, documentation, and compliance

Nicole oversees IT operations, systems security, networks, and technology strategy, ensuring reliable infrastructure, compliance, data protection, and responsive support across the organization.
