Chuck coordinates HAF-funded home rehabilitation projects, tracks timelines and budgets, liaises with homeowners and contractors, ensures inspections, documentation, and compliance

Nicole oversees IT operations, systems security, networks, and technology strategy, ensuring reliable infrastructure, compliance, data protection, and responsive support across the organization.

Micah oversees housing development and maintenance, manages construction and rehabilitation projects, supervises staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers projects on time and budget.

Ricky conducts environmental reviews, prepares compliance documentation, coordinates agencies, supports development and maintenance activities, and ensures housing projects meet environmental and HUD requirements.
