Bid Announcements

HASNOK’s Bid Announcements—also known as Invitations for Bid (IFBs)—provide formal notice of upcoming construction and procurement opportunities. Each IFB outlines the project scope and specifications, key dates, bid number, and clear submission instructions to ensure a fair, transparent, and competitive bidding process. All bid announcements are posted in chronological order on this page, with the most recent opportunities listed first.

Pre-Bid Meetings & Contract Opportunities

HASNOK’s Pre-Bid Meetings page provides interested and qualified contractors with timely information about upcoming construction, service, and procurement opportunities. Contractors are encouraged to visit this page regularly to stay informed about current bid openings, project requirements, and scheduled pre-bid meetings.

All contract opportunities are administered in accordance with HASNOK’s Procurement Policy and applicable federal requirements, including the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA), HUD regulations, 2 CFR 200, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and other governing procurement standards. HASNOK is committed to maintaining fair, open, and competitive procurement practices that promote transparency, accountability, and responsible use of public funds, including the application of Indian Preference in contracting opportunities where applicable. Procurement methods may include micro-purchases, small purchases, sealed bids, competitive proposals, or other approved methods based on project scope and value.

Pre-bid meetings are typically held in person, with a virtual access option provided when applicable. These meetings often include a site visit so contractors can view the location where construction or project work will take place, ask questions, and gain a clear understanding of project expectations and bid requirements prior to submission. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend pre-bid meetings to ensure they are fully informed prior to submitting a bid.
