Our Authority was established with one purpose in mind: to serve the people. From rental housing to full homeownership support, we offer a wide range of services and programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our tribal citizens. Our Housing Construction & Improvement Self-Help Program (HCISP) empowers families to take part in building or rehabilitating their own homes, instilling pride and a lasting sense of ownership. Through programs like these, we aim to move beyond the traditional model of service delivery — instead, we support self-sufficiency and generational progress.

We also know that strong families build strong communities. That’s why we’ve expanded our reach to support youth, elders, and everyone in between. Our Residential Youth Home provides a safe, caring, and culturally responsive space for young people in need of stability. Whether temporary or long-term, these programs serve as lifelines for vulnerable members of our Nation, ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive. In everything we do, we honor our ancestors while preparing the way for future generations — making every decision with the past, present, and future in mind.

Our Contractors Corner is a central hub for those looking to contribute their skills and services toward meaningful development projects across the Nation.
